1. General information
This document governs the conditions of access and use of the Boscosauro nature trail located in Altamura. For any information, please call +39 392 6142901.
2. Access methods
No reservations are required to access Boscosauro. Tickets can be purchased directly on site or online through the official website.
3. Tickets and prices
– Children 0 to 3 years old: free admission
– Children 4 to 13 years old: reduced rate
– Adults up to 65 years old: full rate
A reduced rate is available for specific categories, including seniors over 65, law enforcement officers, university students, teachers, tour guides, and one companion per person with a disability.
To receive the reduced ticket, a valid ID must be presented at the entrance.
Persons with disabilities are entitled to free admission.
4. Promotions and discounts
Special family promotions are available:
– 2 adults + 2 children (4–13 years)
– 2 adults + 3 children (4–13 years)
Promotions cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
5. Ticket validity
The ticket allows full-day access to the Boscosauro.
It includes a guided tour lasting approximately 70 minutes, access to all areas of the park, and the excavation workshop for children.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Ticket refunds are only available in the event of park closure due to inclement weather or force majeure.
In such cases, the refund will be issued automatically within 7 days. Refunds are not available for personal reasons or for unused tickets.
7. Rules of conduct
Inside the Boscosauro, guests are asked to behave respectfully towards the spaces, exhibits, and natural environment.
Visitors are required to follow the instructions provided by staff during their visit.
8. Responsibility
Visitors visit Boscosauro at their own risk. Management is not responsible for any damage to persons or property resulting from behavior that does not comply with the rules or improper use of the facilities.
9. Merchandising
Any products purchased through the site will be shipped within 7 days of ordering.
Returns are possible within 15 days of delivery, at the buyer’s expense, provided the product is intact, unused, and in its original packaging.
